The Lake District is situated in the north west corner of
England, south of Carlisle and the Scottish border. Here you
will find magnificent countryside with lakes, forests and rivers.

North of Yorkshire are the two national parks : The Yorkshire
Dales and the North Yorkshire Moors, both areas of outstanding
beauty. The cities are busy with good rail and bus connections.
There are also famous seaside resorts here too such as Blackpool
