The region Scotland
Scotland is unique. The scenery is breathtaking. Scotland is the home of golf and there are literally hundreds of golf courses which visitors can play on. Fishing and bird watching are also very popular. Water sports and boat trips are available on the Lochs. There are lots of castles to visit too. Connoisseurs of malt whiskey can follow the whiskey trail along the Spey Valley. You can visit many of the distilleries and sample the produce! There is also a castle trail in this area too. The Scottish people are extremely friendly and welcoming. They are very proud of their national dress and you will see men and women wearing their tartan kilts for special occasions.
